This visit allows time for a thorough initial history and assessment of your current concerns. It gives us space to understand your goals and values, conduct an exam as indicated, answer your questions, and formulate the best plan to support you. This is the appropriate first visit for any of the services we offer. Cost does not include any additional lab work.

While best accomplished as an in-person visit, the New Patient Visit may be done via telehealth in some circumstances. Please contact us to see if telehealth is an option for you.

45 minutes — $225

This is an annual preventative gynecological visit for patients assigned female at birth. Includes a thorough update of your history, support for your health goals, prescription renewals, referrals, physical exam, and screening tests including breast and cervical cancer screening as indicated. This visit is focused on your overall wellness and does not include evaluation of any current problems.

Initial/Annual Visit: 1 hour — $300

Follow-Up Visit: 30 minutes — $150. This is a shorter visit designed to assess your response to treatment and make necessary adjustments.

Empowering care from experienced menopause providers. We provide you with evidence-based information to understand your options and work with you to develop an individualized plan that aligns with your goals and values.

Care for the menopause transition can be provided in person or via telehealth.

Expert care and support for the method of fertility control that works best for your life. We offer access to all FDA-approved methods of contraception and informational support for fertility awareness and over-the-counter methods.

Appropriate for in-person or telehealth visits. Placement of devices like IUDs and contraceptive implants require an in-person visit.

We do not offer permanent sterilization at this time.

In addition to offering knowledgeable care in a comfortable environment for GNC patients to seek all of our services, we also provide gender-affirming hormone treatment and support for surgical procedures. Whether you’ve been in gender-affirming care for years or are brand new to the process, you will find flexible, informed, evidence-based care that strives to align with your goals.

We provide gender-affirming care in person and via telehealth.

Tired of feeling weird talking to your PCP about sex? Come see us! You’ll find we are well-informed, non-judgemental, and sex-positive. Visits include risk assessment, guidance around test selection and screening intervals, counseling for risk reduction, and accurate answers to the sex questions you fear might make your doctor run out of the room. There’s no such thing as TMI at Wild Heart.

Can be done via telehealth.

30 minutes — $150

Shorter visits for straightforward concerns like urinary tract infections and vaginitis. Not sure what’s going on? Let us guide you through with humor, warmth, and experience.

Best accomplished via in-person visit.

1 hour — $300

Visits for more complex or ongoing concerns, including:

• Chronic vaginitis

• Chronic UTI/urinary symptoms

• Pelvic pain

• Vulvovaginal pain

• Pain with sex

• Sexual function concerns (i.e. orgasm, arousal, libido, etc)

• Vulvar skin symptoms

In-person visits only.

PrEP visits include risk assessment and reduction counseling, screening for STIs as indicated, blood draws and lab monitoring, and prescription renewals. Does not include the cost of labs or medications.

We do not offer injectable PrEP at this time, but are happy to facilitate a referral to receive it elsewhere.

1 hour — $300

We offer medications to prevent HIV acquisition in the case of known or suspected exposure. PEP must be started within 72 hours of exposure in order to be effective. Visit includes risk assessment, blood draw, prescription and confirmation of availability and cost at pharmacy, and scheduling of follow-up visits. Does not include cost of labs or medications.

Given the time-sensitive nature of PEP, we encourage in-person visits as this allows for more effective coordination of labs and medications. If in-person care is not an option, telehealth can be considered.

30 minutes — $150

This visit is for procedures only (i.e. insertion of IUDs and contraceptive implants, endometrial and vulvar biopsies, etc). This type of visit is typically done after you have already had a consult for contraception or a genitourinary problem. Visit does not include devices, medications, or associated lab costs.
